In 2013 Grace Community Church partnered with Gorman & Company and Dunlap & Magee to demolish the old Gracie's Thrift Store. Together they designed a new multi-use building around the LEED Gold standard called Gracie's Village. Gracie's Village is a four story building. The top three stories are workforce affordable housing for mixed income families and individuals. The housing includes a business center to provide computer access to tenants, a fitness room, and a community room. The first floor is the new home of Gracie's Thrift Store.

The profits of Gracie's Thrift Store go to support the families of Grace Community Church's Global Outreach Program.
Due to Gracie's close proximity to the ASU campus. Gracie's aids Grace Community Church's Global Outreach Program by providing affordable used furniture, housewares, clothing and books to international students at ASU.
Another way Gracie's is serving the city of Tempe is by providing clothing vouchers to the undeserved. With an ID anyone can get a $25 voucher for clothing, toiletries, and back packs. Gracie's is also affiliated with the TCAA (Tempe Community Action Agency). Gracie's aids individuals requesting aid from the TCAA by providing them with toiletries, clothing, and backpacks.
Gracie's and Grace Community Church is committed to meeting the physical and spiritual needs of the Tempe community.
